We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to plan and execute projects throughout the organization. This includes working with various marketing, product and operations team members to write creative briefs, develop and monitor project plans and schedules.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with project owners to plan and execute various projects
  • Oversee projects from start to finish
  • Manage creative resources by assigning projects to copywriters and designers
  • Document and follow-up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Ensure project deadlines are met
  • Organize and contribute to creative brainstorm sessions
  • Assess project risks and provide solutions where applicable
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience required
  • Agency experience preferred, but not required
  • Pays attention to detail and has organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and will remain calm in high-stress situations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
