Project Lead
Atomic Software is seeking a Full Time Project Lead to join it’s outstanding team of technologists.

What is this role all about?
The role is a big one for us, as it encompasses both the technical and business aspects of project based software development.
Your day to day will include:
You will be the primary point of contact for clients’ business requirements on your projects.
You will be responsible for organizing the overall effort for projects, creating and prioritizing the project backlog.
You will work with the business, design and development teams to analyze the client's goals and to present options.
You will set priorities for the project team based on the client’s goals.
You will run your projects’ daily scrums and sprint planning meetings.
What technical experience is required for this position?
While you will not be writing lines of code, a technical background is helpful in order to be successful in this role. Your background should include at least 5 years professional experience in managing digital projects.
What professional experience is required for this position?
As a Lead, you will be responsible for the project teams delivery of technical products to the client. In order to do so, you must be able to draw on prior experience working on or leading cross functional development teams. That experience should include:
Articulating and organizing complex technical requirements on multiple projects
Using Agile methodology to organize, track and assign work
Setting (and meeting) product milestones across multiple organizations
Creating detailed technical delivery road maps
Guiding the development of requirements for technical products
What are the day to day responsibilities of this role?
Translate day to day technical work into digestible business value to multiple clients
Function as a liaison between business, design and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of work
Manage project scope, assess potential risks, prioritize development tasks to maximize value to client
Develop and maintain excellent collegial relationships with external stakeholders and internal development teams
Participate in daily catch ups with multiple teams (both internal and external) to ensure expectations are being met and managed
Provide copious and effective communication between and amongst team members
