About the job:

As a Delivery Lead / Project Manager on the Capital Markets Team, you will work in a fast-paced team setting, alongside industry experts. You will become an expert in cross-functional, end-to-end delivery that spans multiple products. In this role, you will lead scrum teams to implement new capabilities within the client’s CRM & Data Analytics program – delivering a portfolio of products and features to the end users, Sales Traders & Investment Bankers. You will provide leadership and coaching on Agile/Modern Delivery principles across the delivery team, support creation of project charters and delivery plans, and manage risks/issues/dependencies.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Lead daily scrums with cross-functional data analytics scrum teams (comprised of various pods, including: developers, QA testers, and product managers)
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, product managers, and development & testing leads, to prioritize deliverables across program, portfolio, and product roadmaps
  • Guide teams through delivery and manage scope, risks and issues, resolving at the lowest level and escalating as needed
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including: sprint & increment planning, backlog grooming, readouts, and retrospectives
  • Support the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
  • Support release planning & solution architecture design, as needed

What you’ll bring with you:

  • 5+ years of project management or Agile software delivery experience
  • Ability to structure, plan, and lead complex, multi-team projects
  • Clear and defined leadership skills with the ability to take charge, own deliverables and carry them through ideation to deployment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Significant experience with JIRA & Confluence
  • Equities and/or Fixed Income product experience
  • Experience leading Data Analytics projects
  • Bachelor's degree
