The Project Manager role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with our Commerce team and clients, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule to drive Code3’s commerce business forward. This is the perfect role for a self-starter interested in building out the Project Management function for the Commerce team. 

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate day-to-day project needs to ensure on-time completions 
• Create and maintain a fluid and effective project schedule
• Organize work and focus the team on what needs to be accomplished
• Serve as the key liaison between internal Commerce teams
• Forecast deficiencies, risks and unrealistic expectations while identifying solutions
• Inspect work to ensure conformity to specifications and schedules and ensure that delivery is smooth and well-received by the client, maintaining the client relationship and that all delivery needs are met
• Follow-up and follow through on all aspects of the project 
• Manage tasks, deliverables and track feedback via our task-management tool
• Supervise the maintenance of the project status tracker and ensure that clients are well-informed regarding the status of the project and that clients provide any necessary information or assets
• Provide oversight for Project Coordinator to organize meetings, record notes and manage email and other forms of internal and external communication; as well as manage files via our file storage tool

Requirements

• BA or BS degree
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated critical thinking ability
• Self-starter who is comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
• Energetic, relentless drive to succeed, TEAM player

• Desire to help build out the project management function on the Commerce team
• A proactive leader, always looking to improve processes, streamline, organize and problem solve
