Named one of Forbes’ Billion Dollar Startups in 2017, BetterCloud is looking for a high-performing a Project Manager to work with our Implementation Team. We are looking for an obsessively organized and motivated Project Manager for our new Implementations Team. This person will be responsible for planning and coordinating BetterCloud Implementation projects. They will work closely with our Technical Implementation Specialists and customers to ensure they have everything needed to execute on the project plan. If you love technology, are a compulsive note taker with excellent communication skills and even better planning chops, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, document, and coordinate BetterCloud Implementation Projects
• Ensure Implementation Projects are running in a timely manner and tracking to completion
• Communicating with IT professionals from some of the most tech-forward companies in the world while maintaining our core principles of always striving to delight
• Building out processes and mechanisms for our new Implementations Team
• Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to gather information and ensure a successful Implementation
• Capture customer stories to be communicated to our product, engineering, and marketing teams

Qualifications | Required:

• 2-3 years of professional experience with the planning, management and delivery of successful programs and projects
• Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Excited to play an integral role during our company’s most rapid growth period
• Willing to travel to meet customers in-person
  

Qualifications | Recommended:

• Has worked at a fast growing startup or IT consulting company
• Working experience using Salesforce, Atlassian, and Zendesk
• Experience using or managing G Suite or Office 365
