Job Description

As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be:

  • Manage all aspects of Butterfly Enterprise implementation projects including developing timelines, providing effective status updates, and ensuring tasks and activities occur on time.
  • Work directly with customers, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, escalate issues as needed to internal Butterfly teams and/or customer project sponsors.
  • Lead significant customer interactions that includes both internal and customer technical and clinical teams. Customers will be predominantly large medical facilities.
  • Work closely with Butterfly internal teams to identify future needs and continually improve the efficiency and delivery of complex integration projects.  
  • Provide workflow and functionality overviews to customers of the Butterfly product ecosystem.

Qualifications

Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of hospital IT and medical imaging operations.
  • 5+ years experience with medical imaging or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) integration projects including presentations to technical and clinical stakeholders.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Prior project management experience within the healthcare technology sector.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities and projects.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp a general knowledge of multiple disciplines and technologies.
