We are actively seeking a Project Manager with a strong sense of urgency to help drive Medly's mission and support the next phase of growth. Together, we will drive the projects that will enable Medly to reach new heights.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and execute technical and operational project activities with cross-functional teams
• Create processes and workflows, document best practices and develop continuous improvements
• Break down projects based on priority and task estimation into tangible deliverables
• Plan and maintain roadmaps, deliverables, milestones, and issue management
• Define project objectives and goals, and facilitate meetings, capture minutes and assign action items and backlog items
• Complete project plans and other documentation required for the project, making sure information is distributed to appropriate staff.
• Diagnose and resolve problems that may arise with the project.
• Work well in a team and effectively interact with others.

What you’ll need:

• 5 or more years of project management experience, healthcare environment a plus
• Experience working with ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheets or other project management tools
• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and use several computer programs.
• Ability to prioritize and maintain balance among multiple tasks
