Project Manager, Merchant Operations

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You’ll be splitting your time managing projects; coordinating cross-functionally and helping us create strong partnerships with the processors, aggregators, and other Merchant gift card partners.
On a day to day basis you will be required to:
Manage multiple relationships and communication with external and internal stakeholders
Help organize and participate in client/merchant meetings
Ensure compliance with client/merchant requirements and business needs (this will be things like making sure we have terms and conditions for their gift cards, the right card artwork etc)
Proactively look for revenue generating opportunities for the merchants you manage
Assist the Head of Merchants in managing communications, timelines and deliverables to our various merchant, aggregator and processor partners
Assist the Head of Merchants in the creation, implementation, and analyzing of merchant success KPIs and performance, to identify areas of concern and best practices to continually improve performance
Assist the entire Merchant Success team with internal communications and requests of various departments to ensure we hit our goals and deadlines
Work cross functionally with Prizeout’s legal, product, technology, and other teams to work on strategy and operation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
3+ years of customer facing work experience; Payments, fintech, or gift card experience is a plus
Someone who is self-sufficient, organized, doesn’t mind pitching in where needed (even if outside of your job description)
Excitement to work in a start-up environment
Strong organizational skills to help us manage multiple projects and relationships
Strong analytical and execution background - ability to identify and implement growth opportunities
Demonstrated experience driving top line revenue as well as profitability through partnerships
Ability to negotiate complex deals with external partners while receiving internal buy-in and approval
Exemplary written and verbal (face to face and phone/screenshare) communication skills
