What this role is about: 

As a Project Manager you will report directly to the Chief of Staff within the

Office of the CEO and will play a key role in managing projects across the organization. You will collaborate cross-functionally with all teams in the organization, including product, sales, marketing, and customer operations, to drive and support the execution of key initiatives. You’ll excel in this role if you are excited about wearing multiple hats at once, are self-motivated and have low ego, and have a problem-solver mentality.

What you’ll do:

• Comprehensive project management to execute on strategic priorities, taking a project from planning and mobilization through execution and delivery

• Own the development and tracking of timelines and budgets, regularly communicating with cross-functional partners throughout the entire project process, with a constant eye on identifying and driving improved process and work

• Manage communication and flow of information to internal stakeholders, partners, partner agencies, providing project updates on a consistent basis about adjustments and progress

• Improve operational excellence and create efficiency and simplicity by removing obstacles, enabling the organization to achieve results by effectively embodying the ‘urgency’ value

• Actively find, track and remove impediments to the Team’s throughput and barriers to project completion

• Build strong working relationships with business partners from diverse functions (this is a highly cross-functional role, so a humble attitude and a high instinct for collaboration are essential)

What we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:

• 3-5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years of project management experience 

• A positive attitude, inquisitive nature and goal-oriented mindset

• Strong focus on organization and attention to detail

• Thrives in ambiguous situations and has a solutions oriented approach

• Instinctive project management acumen: attention to detail along with ability to keep the big picture in perspective, both proactive and adaptable, adept at relationship building and effective communication, ability to influence those not under your direct authority

• Strong relationship leadership with a track record of positively collaborating, influencing, and extensively coordinating with internal and external partners, including senior leaders
