Bizzabo is looking for a Project Manager, Onsite Services to join our team! The Project Manager, Onsite Services will support customers that are leveraging Bizzabo’s onsite solutions. A successful candidate must be a process oriented, customer focused, multi-tasking individual, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding their goals. You will propose new and creative ideas, possess highly effective communication skills, and build constructive and effective relationships.

We help companies measure, manage and scale events towards key business outcomes, empowering every organizer, marketer, exhibitor, and attendee to unleash the power of professional events. Bizzabo powers events for brands like Forbes, Hubspot’s INBOUND, Dow Jones, Gainsight, Bank of Ireland and Electronic Arts. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Act as the onsite offerings product expert to new and existing customers
• Directly support and consult with prospects and existing customers on how to best leverage Bizzabo’s onsite solutions
• Create, execute, and manage project plans for each customer event involving our onsite solutions
• Lead the project through engaging with the customer, vendors, and internal resources to ensure the success of the project
• Act as a liaison between supplier vendors and customers to quote, order, and manage event specific materials
• Troubleshoot potential issues to ensure the customer’s success at their event
• Communicate and adhere to project milestones in order to execute a timely and flawless event
• Work onsite at large events to ensure success on the day of the event - up to 40% travel required

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• 1-2 years of project management experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to multi-task and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment
• Expertise in managing multiple projects at a time
• Ability to work within a team and independently to achieve goals
• Excel at developing relationships with customers over the phone, through email, and in person
• Able to work with MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com or similar contact management software
• Bachelor’s degree required
