What this role is about:
As a Project Manager, Operations, you will report to the Director of Account Management and Implementation, and will focus on integrating and onboarding RapidSOS to our customers, managing the relationships post-sales. In this role, you will collaborate and work alongside our Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Public Safety teams to ensure a seamless partner experience. You’ll excel in this role if you are solutions oriented, have a history in managing multiple client relationships, are self-motivated and organized, think technically, and thrive working in collaborative environments.
What you’ll do:
Focus on the full cycle of post-sales processes, while maintaining customer relationships.
Create best practices and define processes that increase efficiency and keep our customers top of mind.
Maintain customer satisfaction through understanding their current and future needs, and act as a trusted advisor to deliver valuable customized solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product to ensure effective workflows and create a valuable customer experience
What we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
4+ years’ work experience in implementation project management or business solutions role
Experience working independently and collaboratively, overseeing multiple concurrent projects and collaborating on initiatives in a cross-functional environment
Ability to understand varying business models, and create end-to-end, custom solutions for our customers
Versatile, flexible, and open to change in shifting priorities
A “doer”, motivated by creating data-driven, problem solving solutions
Experience working closely with senior executives and driving results with team members at all levels
