Description

Own execution of Partnership initiatives to expand Latch’s ability to help a diverse set of stakeholders access the spaces most important to us

  • Ensure seamless execution of partnership arrangements from strategy, concept, go-to-market, testing, to pilots and execution
  • Develop and own SOPs for all partnership initiatives within the Operations domain.
  • Help lead pilot testing, post-analysis, and management of KPIs.
  • Maintain a continual feedback loop to ensure ongoing performance management.
  • Develop and maintain useable data sets for all partnerships and their corresponding operations.
  • Embrace continual improvement - be proactive in helping LATCH achieve best-in-class partnership infrastructure with thorough development and operations management.
  • Be able to work cross-functionally, optimizing current systems and encouraging operational efficiency throughout the company.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated. Experience in a startup environment/operations a plus.

Qualifications

BA/BS

Strong Excel skills, PPT/Keynote, MS Office

Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities 

Adept presentation skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams within a group setting
