We are getting ready to launch and scale a stealth startup, with the vision to transform the way clinical trials are conducted by creating intelligent connections between physicians, researchers, clinical operations experts and patients. We are looking for a ProjectManager who will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and value to our clinical trials partners. The ideal candidate will build trusted relationships with customers and bring project experience, customer obsession, a proven track record for delivering data-driven results and an interest in the clinical trials space.

What You'll Do

• Develop project scopes and objectives on a trial basis, involving all relevant stakeholders in the clinical trial space to deliver the ventures service
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of digital clinical trial recruiting projects
• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Monitor and report on product KPIs
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Develop and manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders to increase customer satisfaction and generate follow-on work
• Gather and manage product feedback through direct discussions with healthcare professionals, surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
• Develop feature lists, user stories, road maps, customer needs documents, and market requirements documents and iterate with the product team

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a project manager ideally in a healthcare environment
• An understanding and interest in the healthcare space and clinical trials
• Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and deliverables concurrently
• Exceptional attention to detail, follow-up skills and diligence
• Strong problem solving and technical understanding
• Excellent oral & written communication skills; excellent presentation skills
• Professional, goal oriented and client centric behavior
• Bachelor’s degree required
