What this role is about: 

RapidSOS is looking for a Project Manager who is a detail-oriented and resourceful team player to expand the company’s strategic partnerships program. You’ll use your project management, relationship building, and presentation skills to be the key interface between the internal RapidSOS teams and our most strategic partners on all of our key projects.

What you’ll do: 

• Create, manage, and execute detailed project plans for the various projects related to our most strategic partners

• Manage communication with external and internal stakeholders (partners, department heads, executives, etc)

• Be the primary driver of accountability & follow ups between our partners and our internal product, marketing, and engineering teams

• Create, organize, assign, and supervise project tasks that help take the project from inception to completion

• Set milestones, deadlines, and project KPIs that can be used to evaluate the project’s velocity and completion status

• Work cross-functionally between multiple areas of the business while enforcing and maintaining a consistent project management methodology and process

What we’re looking for in our ideal candidate: 

• 4+ years of relevant experience in project, product, or program management

• 2+ years of experience in an external-facing role with key/named/strategic accounts

• Excellent relationship-building, planning, communication, and presentation skills

• Experience initiating and developing new projects from inception to completion while promoting & utilizing a consistent methodology

• Team player with high emotional quotient

• Bonus: PMP Certification

• Bonus: Experience with AGILE & SCRUM methodologies

The budgeted range starts at $110,000 - $140,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

This range does not include equity.
