We're looking for a project manager to join Pinterest's in-house creative team, The Studio. As a project manager you will assign projects, traffic assets, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain an efficient and engaging work environment for the The Studio.

What you’ll do:

• Manage multiple projects of various types and timelines simultaneously, efficiently and effectively
• Build a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives
• Manage the team to prioritize project work based on strategic importance, tasks outstanding, obstacles or barriers, budgets, resources and deadlines
• Evaluate all key project deliverables, as well as final product to ensure traceability of requirements, high quality and prepare for partners to get client acceptance

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of agency or in-house experience in the same or closely similar role
• Have excellent written and oral skills with the ability to present
• Continually seek opportunities internally to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
• Using leadership skills, lead with motivation, resolve conflicts and make the appropriate decisions to meet the above requirements
• Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective communication with creative throughout projects
