Job Description
The Technology Solutions Group are responsible for implementing new business opportunities or changes to existing services across International landscape, with focus on IT & workplace projects the team shape initiatives through engagement and business process support then deliver projects leveraging Enterprise IT resources and services within an existing robust Project governance framework.
We are looking for a Project Manager to join the team who can work with a range of Internal and External Stakeholders with competing priorities to deliver projects within the IT environment. The role will be based in London and may involve some International travel.
Key Responsibilities

• Work as a member of the International Technology Solution Team within Product & Delivery function.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects through the end-to-end lifecycle from Inception to Completion, using standard project management methodologies. Ensuring that the projects deliver to the agreed timescales, budget and quality expectations
• Work with product and engineering teams to drive solution design and prioritise configuration & development tickets
• Work with Stakeholders to understand their requirements so that you can ensure the resulting technical solutions deliver on business objectives
• Maintain project documentation including but not limited to; project plan, risk register, communications plans and status reporting
• Provide regular communication to project stakeholder including; business leadership teams, user groups & operational support teams
• Ambassador for International Media Operations when liaising with the business units supported by IMO and vendors that supply services to NBCU

Education and Qualifications

• Professional project management qualification (e.g.Prince2, APMP)

• Ability to work in matrix organisation where resources are shared and may have conflicting priorities, including being based in other time zones
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills

Specific Previous Experience

• At least 3 Years' experience of delivering projects within IT
• Strong blend of technical experience and knowledge
• Experience of project and programme management in large organisations, with a proven track record of delivering projects and business change programmes
• General understanding of Networking (LAN,WAN,Wifi), AV, video conferencing & Telephony
• Proactive with an excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication style as well as planning and time management skills
• Desktop skills - MS office, MS Visio, MS Project (or similar applications)
