Project Manager-Training
Lifon is hiring for the Project Manager — Learning & Development position in Service Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting multiple initiatives within Lifion Service Operations. Project Manager-Learning & Development will help create, implement, and facilitate training and onboarding programs for Lifion’s Client Success teams. This position may lead to future opportunities within Lifion Service Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of ADP NextGen software
- Work with Service Operations Project Managers to plan, schedule, and facilitate multiple training programs throughout the year
- Coordinate with leaders in Lifion Client Success to maintain a rotating schedule of training facilitators
- Assist with Train the Trainer programs and sessions to ensure high-quality trainers
- Create and maintain Workfront project plans for training initiatives, formally tracking task execution and progression toward team and project objectives
- Work with Client Success leaders to align training programs and strategy to evolving team needs
- Build comprehensive knowledge of Lifion’s HCM product
- Partner with SMEs to continuously validate training content, keeping both training concepts and collateral up to date
- Collect feedback from trainees, analyzing and reporting on the data to drive results and learning effectiveness
- Manage day-to-day activities of projects in high velocity, rapidly evolving organization
- Maybe a resource for other Project Managers as needed
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
- 3 -5 years of experience developing and implementing training goals and strategies, based on broader organizational goals
- Experience building, interpreting, and communicating performance metrics to senior leadership
- Detail-oriented with the ability prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects on tight timelines
- Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills are a must
- Human Capital Management industry knowledge preferred
- Ability to gain a thorough understanding of a technical, complex product
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:
- Training programs and/or certifications
- Experience creating training collateral and product documentation
