We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager with a strong sense of urgency. Together, we will drive the projects that will enable Medly to reach new heights.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and execute technical and operational project activities with cross-functional teams
• Create processes and workflows, document best practices and develop continuous improvements
• Break down projects based on priority and task estimation into tangible deliverables
• Plan and maintain roadmaps, deliverables, milestones, and issue management
• Define project objectives and goals, and facilitate meetings, capture minutes and assign action items and backlog items
• Complete project plans and other documentation required for the project, making sure information is distributed to appropriate staff.
• Diagnose and resolve problems that may arise with the project.
• Work well in a team and effectively interact with others.

What you’ll need:

• 5 or more years of project management experience, healthcare environment a plus
• Experience working with Genesys and/or Zendesk required. Experience with ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheets, Microsoft Suite of Products, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. or other project management tools
• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and use several computer programs.
• Ability to prioritize and maintain balance among multiple tasks
