We’re hiring a proactive, self-motivated Project Manager with prior experience managing both internal and client-facing projects to support the Senior Project Manager and VP Operations.
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and the Account Management team to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and scope. You will also coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible with current schedules.

In addition to managing projects and their deliverables, the Project Manager will also be responsible for project management tool administration, process governance, and revenue monitoring & recognition.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients, as well as relevant internal stakeholdersTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goalsMeet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisEnsure resource availability and allocation across multiple departmentsAppropriately monitor, manage, and document all changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
Prior Work Experience:
1-2 years experience managing internal and client-facing projects with a cross-competency team, required within an agency or media company (MarTech, AdTech, advertising, or other relevant industry preferred)Experience with formal project management methodologies preferred, including various forms of project tracking, documentation, and administrationDemonstrated ability to accurately identify and mitigate project risk, forecast timelines, and budget accordinglyEvidence of successful client communication and team coordination throughout a full project lifecycle
Requirements & Skills:
Working knowledge of project management software, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google tools, and other standard web tools & technologiesExtremely strong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills College degree (in relevant field a plus, but not required)PMP Certification a plus, but not required
