EPAM’s Learning Experience team helps clients realize digital and IT transformation by identifying and bridging gaps in employee knowledge, behaviors, and mindset. We design, develop, and implement a variety of solutions for online and in-person learning using the latest insights from the learning sciences. In other words, we go beyond “training” to create learning experiences that really work. You will help deliver high-visibility external and internal learning programs while supporting presales initiatives and connecting internal and external stakeholders with the Commercial Learning Team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner with internal learning experts and subject matter experts in all activities required to successful delivery of internal and external learning engagements
  • Work with project team members in developing a comprehensive workflow processes, tasks, & project assignments in a setting that spans from traditional waterfall to more hybrid engagements
  • Work with Instructional Design Managers to develop resource plans and estimations for presales opportunities
  • Facilitate and drive collaboration between project teams and internal teams
  • Demonstrate expertise in all phases of a learning program and project lifecycle
  • Quickly gain an understanding of our clients, industries, business and project objectives
  • Interface daily with clients, including steering committees, C-level stakeholders, and project delivery managers as the primary point of contact
  • Analyze and prioritize project activities, deliverables, budget, and client needs, while establishing realistic deadlines
  • Achieve consensus among diverse and dissenting viewpoints, while effectively translating ideas into prioritized and actionable steps
  • Create and maintain templates and project-specific artifacts, including status reports, client friendly schedule, milestone and deliverable progress materials, deliverable
  • Manage internal team workflow and task assignments, assisting with prioritization and removing blockers
  • Collaboration with and lead teams of information architects, graphic designers, copy writers, HTML developers and programmers to problem solve and execute project challenges while delivering high quality on time and on budget
