POSITION TITLE: Project Manager (Voice Technology, Digital, Creative)

ABOUT THE POSITION: Work with an exciting Innovation Agency (Voice Tech / Campaigns) with Fortune 500 brands, and a passionate group of creative technologists.  Starting immediately. Ideally looking for someone with VOICE or CHATBOT experience, but not required.

The Project Manager is responsible for project planning and management for the development of projects. They ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget. The Project Manager is a lead subject matter expert within the company regarding the creative process, development cycle and all challenges included. Additionally, they will onboard project teams (developers, product managers, creative directors, copywriters, strategists, etc) to each project. 

• Analyze and plan project requirements and standards (scope of work)

• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects / initiatives

• Create project plans (gantt chart), detailing dependencies, due dates, etc for all tasks and stages of the project, after consulting with Creative/Tech teams for timing requirements of specific tasks

• Assign and oversee the daily tasks, ensuring the team is actively working toward established milestones 

• Hold regular project team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects

• Identify, onboard, train and manage project team members including external freelancers and vendors

THE RIGHT FIT FOR THIS POSITION

• 3+ years of experience in project management role in (agency experience preferred)

• Professional Project Management Certification / Degree (preferred)

• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods

• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising development teams

• Experience working in a collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

• Experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

• Ability to interact with all personality types and with all levels of staff 

• Experience with project management software(s) (Clubhouse, Airtable, Smartsheet, Slack, Jira, etc)

• Proficient in working in Google Suite - Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail

• Professional approach
