Technical Programme Manager
OpenFin is building the operating platform for the world’s largest financial institutions. We are seeking an individual, with a strong project management and technology background to enable our engineering teams to deliver product features in a coordinated and efficient manner.
At OpenFin, you will work closely with OpenFin’s Engineering, Product and Support teams to facilitate development and delivery. You will have the ability to influence decisions and contribute to OpenFin’s success in meaningful ways.

What the role entails:
- Ability to facilitate engineering sprint cycles across multiple teams while adhering to OpenFin's existing processes
- Coordinate feature sets and priorities into manageable sets of deliverables
- Organize and host cross team deliverable sessions
- Jira management
- Communication around sprint deliverables, upcoming product initiatives and corresponding timeframes
- Collate enhancement and bug related support tickets for development prioritization
- Internal and external comms with regards to the OpenFin product releases
- Contribute to the testing of product releases and enhancements

We’re looking for colleagues with:
- Programme/Project Management experience
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills
- Web development experience is a strong preference
- Strong organizational skills, highly detail-oriented
- Agile and Scrum software development awareness
- Collaborative interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate across teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in programme/project management
- Developer experience is a ++
- Experience in our tool suite (Zendesk, Jira, Github, Slack, etc…) a +
