About the role

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Provider Partnerships team in our effort to improve the quality of care for patients in communities throughout the country. You will primarily work to research, identify and analyze potential partnerships with radiology groups across the country. The role will be cross-functional in nature, working with sales, operations and data science to deliver our products and programs to the market. As we rapidly scale, you will focus on market analyses that will support all teams and programs. Your success is critical to the growth of the company.

You will be expected to:

• Develop a deep understanding of the radiology market on a state-by-state basis in order to conduct market research, identify potential partnerships and capture initial leads.
• Communicate information internally to ensure operational efficiency across teams and departments.
• Update and streamline sales collateral.
• Organize data in a way that is scalable, repeatable and easy to communicate to others.
• Track activities via CRM software and other in-house tools.
• Perform other duties and contribute to additional initiatives/projects, as deemed appropriate by our management team.

Requirements

• BA or BS required
• 2-3 years of experience with some exposure to healthcare and/or the radiology market preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Prior work experience in a dynamic startup environment preferred.
• Attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication with excellent ability to work in a team environment
• Strong personal time management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
