Who We're Looking ForWe are looking for an amazing Scrum Master/ Technical Project Manager to be part of our entrepreneurial engineering team. You will act as a servant leader to the scrum team and work closely with Product Managers to plan and manage Sprints, tickets, facilitate backlog refinement and Scrum ceremonies. Additionally, you will coach the team on the scrum framework and ceremonies, clearing roadblocks and keeping the team organized in order to drive pivotal projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met. In order to be successful in this role you must be detail-oriented, highly organized and an excellent communicator.Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams (including UI/UX designers, developers, QA) to incrementally deliver new features.
• Manage sprints, facilitate sprint ceremonies such as daily scrum, sprint planning and sprint retrospective.
• Resolve any impediments/roadblock the team faces.
• Mentor and coach team members to adopt the Scrum framework.
• Further build out scrum framework at Refersion, help spread the word of Agile.
• Coordinate project interdependencies across multiple teams, identify and mitigate risks.
• Further build out PMO processes and template base.

Qualifications 

• Bachelors in technical or related discipline. 
• 3+ years Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile frameworks, Jira and Confluence.
• Experience project managing and organizing engineers and product teams through Agile/ Scrum framework, managing sprints.
• Web technology experience with demonstrated knowledge of APIs, JSON, Github.
• Technically minded. 
• Strong communication skills including presentations, meeting leadership, project documentation.
