WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Scrum Master for a team
• Drive all SCRUM ceremonies
• Remove roadblocks
• Interact with other teams and establish good communication between team members
• Provide status report and collect metrics
• Groom JIRA and keep it up to date
• Work on efficiency and productivity of the team
• Support product manager in backlog management, prioritization
• Ability to analyze the existing applications and ability to drive the target state of the applications
