Click has expanded their pipeline to include a focus on developing treatments for Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and additional major pipeline expansion and progression is in process.
About the Role
Working directly with the company’s Chief Strategy Officer and Director, Strategic Development, the Senior Associate, Program Management, will help to drive the execution of Click’s program management strategy. You will be responsible for effectively managing pipeline progression and program management capabilities for key indication(s) across Click’s pipeline. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, are success orientated, and you can work independently, you may be the right candidate to join our team. This is an agile role within a rapidly growing pre-IPO company in a nascent and fast-growing space. Responsibilities
- Proactively manage program development activities to progress pipeline products toward inflection points that align with the company’s scientific, business and commercial objectives.
- Become an internal expert on Click product(s) and pipeline processes to enable effective decision-making, communications, and issue resolution including the tracking, documentation and status reporting of activities along the program development pipeline.
- Work closely with cross-functional internal colleagues and external partners to manage execution of responsibilities, timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure program objectives are achieved.
- Contribute to program strategic planning to achieve company goals by helping prioritize program initiatives and communicating those priorities across the company.
- Assist in the identification and timely resolution of program issues – including those related to timing, resources, gating items, to prevent delays in program milestones. When required, step in to fill open gaps to keep programs moving forward effectively.
- Organize and participate on internal project teams or working groups to represent program management and associated activities at cross-functional meetings.
- Track progress against work plans, generate regular status updates, communicate progress and issues to management, and monitor compliance with business and clinical requirements and obligations.
Core Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Program Management, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting with a focus on the life sciences industry. A standout candidate has experience with the Digital Therapeutics and/or industry. Familiarity with neuroscience, psychology, behavioral interventions and/or behavioral economics is ideal
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and excellent attention to detail. Autonomy and initiative-taking with divergent thinking to explore and align on the best approach forward.
- Ability to prioritize, set agendas, and drive meetings and projects with active listening skills, meeting all deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Highly adaptable to a dynamic atmosphere of changing requirements and scope.
- Able to correspond with internal and external contacts in a professional manner. Strong networking, commanding, and influencing skills are a must. Building consensus through strong vision and being able to connect and align 2+ cultures/viewpoints into a mutually beneficial solution are key to this role.
- Superb writing and communication skills, particularly in being concise yet thorough in digital communications such as Slack channels, Email, and Google Workplace documents
- A graduate of a 4-year degree from a top-tier university with strong academic track record.
- Analytical mindset and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to anticipate potential needs and challenges before they occur.
