UiPath is looking for a senior consultant with strong management consulting toolkit to join the UiPath Business Consulting Team who will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions to our customers and partners and increase the adoption, consumption and expansion of UiPath software.

The Senior Consultant, Business Consulting will assist partners and customers with process selection, process analysis and design, process assessments, business case development, and support the operating model team.

Scope of Activities

· Engage customer stakeholders to rapidly identify automation opportunities to drive towards the organization’s key business outcomes, leveraging methodologies such as design-thinking

· Conduct workshops with key stakeholders to educate on automation technology, in addition to understanding how automation can be applied to the business

· Prioritize processes for automation based on workshops and leveraging process assessment tools

· Develop detailed business cases for automation, including how and where ROI should be calculated

· Based on identified opportunities, create detailed automation roadmaps with clear initiative prioritization and execution plans

· Partner with process SMEs to understand key process requirements and document the current state by leveraging existing documentation, conducting interviews and observations

· Develop strategic future state solutions that leverage automation, including RPA, OCR, Machine Learning, as a key lever – in addition to applying business process engineering methodologies (e.g. lean and six-sigma)

· Support the creation of process maps and Process Design Documents (PDDs) to hand off to RPA developer team for automation in-scope processes, and support the development team as needed to ensure successful deployment

· Support and drive key automation program components such as: Change Management, Operating Model Design, Center of Excellence Design & Implementation, Business Case Development, Governance Model Creation

· Collaborate with various stakeholders including Channel, Customer Success, Functional and Technical teams

· Collaborate with our Global Professional Services Partners, Global and Region System Integrators, Technology Partners, to understand enablement needs and support partner enablement

· Display customer and partner first mentality

Experience / Education Profile Requirements

· 2+ years of experience with management consulting firms in a customer facing role required

· Knowledge and experience with business analysis required

· Experience with Robotic Process Automaton preferred

· Experience with OCR preferred

· Experience with large transformational engagement preferred

· Start-up type experience preferred, with the ability to operate in a fluid and dynamic environment

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong presentation content and delivery skills

· Design-thinking, lean and six-sigma experience a plus

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Results oriented with strategic thinking, creative abilities, sense of urgency and passion

· Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas

· Ability to lead cross-functional team discussions and engage with customer / partner leadership

· Strong interpersonal skills. Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships

· Strong experience with Microsoft product suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project

· Bachelor’s Degree required

· Up to 75% travel required
