WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Govern the delivery across stakeholders, handling complicated engineering issues
• Make sure the design, code and overall solution is of top-notch quality
• Responsible for the overall customer experience in terms of delivery
• Develop and execute the succession plan of the projects
• Take a proactive role in contributing to the best delivery management practices and processes within the company
• Participate in the assessment committees during promotion campaigns as a committee expert
• Participate in mentoring and talent development programs for delivery leads and managers

WHAT YOU HAVE

• Strong project or program management skills in a highly technical environment
• At least 7 years of IT experience with minimum of 2 years in hands-on software engineering
• Experience with and expert knowledge of cloud solutions (GCP is ideal, AWS, AZURE)
• Proven track record of managing delivery engagements for the teams of 10+ FTEs
• Strong, proven experience in software engineering with ability to deliver sustainable solutions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software engineering is a plus
