Joining Collibra's Proposal Management team:

• Reporting to the Proposal Manager, the proposal team is focused on increasing revenue, while strategically pursuing the right opportunities for our business through defined process, global standards, and competitive mindset. 
• Our team goal is to leverage the RFP process into a strength that helps us win more business by creating a professional, lean, and efficient team appropriately resourced to deliver meaningful impact.
• One Collibra - You will collaborate with departments across the company to develop accurate and compelling content, working as one team to achieve success.

Senior Proposal Specialists at Collibra are responsible for:

• Developing compelling, professional, and customized client-facing messaging focused on winning, or retaining, business through RFI/RFP responses and presentations
• Using effective project management to support the proposal process, from planning and research to message delivery, to ensure internal customer and external client deadlines are met
• Owning Qvidian (proposal management and automation tool) - responsible for ensuring up to date content and driving usage by the field organization to streamline the proposal process
• Identifying and utilizing best practices and leveraging the Value Proposition to differentiate the client offering
• Working with internal SMEs (Product, Marketing, Presales Engineers) to develop and maintain new content for accuracy and consistency in our solution offering 

You Have:

• 5+ years of business experience working with the development and delivery of RFI/RFP responses for a SaaS enterprise solution
• Ownership and administrative experience with a proposal content management tool, Qvidian 
• Demonstrated strengths in written communication, meeting or exceeding deadlines and supporting internal process
• French and/or German written fluency a plus

Measuring success:

• Within your first month, you will learn the proposal process and complete the transition of Qvidian ownership, developing a plan for managing the system 
• Within your third month, you will enforce proposal process, manage specific opportunities and implement Qvidian improvements to drive increased field usage
• Within your sixth month, you will be supporting strategy initiatives, making recommendations for process improvements, and managing a steady proposal workload, while maintaining Qvidian updates and utilization
