Latch is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to work alongside our sales leadership team in continuing to develop an enablement program focused on supporting our sales organization with the resources, knowledge and sales skills necessary to exceed sales targets with our varied products.

As the Senior Sales Enablement Manager, you will collaborate with the sales organization to understand our growing and varied product suite of smart access hardware, software and services. You will efficiently streamline our sales process for both our national and channel sales teams. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally to develop resources, create training content, and facilitate training sessions cross functionally. You will be an integral part of positioning a high performing sales culture at Latch.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of current sales strategies and technologies
  • Use insight to build on and improve existing a streamlined efficient sales strategy
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to define curricula and develop resources and training content including but not limited to; case studies, customer webinars, onboarding collateral, product guides, presentations, workshops, learning assessments, etc.
  • Facilitate live in-person and virtual training for all teams in the sales organization
  • Develop an on-demand knowledge base and training library
  • Serve as a coach for all levels of the sales organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6-8 years of experience in sales enablement, sales management or sales training
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
  • Excellent communication and coaching aptitude
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Highly collaborative and capable of working as part of a team
  • Commands respect via intelligence, knowledge, humility
  • Proven leadership experience -- a leader, a builder
  • Innovative. The ideal candidate is never satisfied with the status quo... always looking for the next best way to do it
