Job Description

Are you an experienced Tech Program Manager (TPM) who loves taking on new challenges and partnering with technology teams to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives?


We are looking for an experienced TPM to own and drive completion of our highest-priority product initiatives. This is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge innovation in a hyper-growth environment.


In this role, your leadership is critical to ensuring effective and predictable delivery of initiatives that drive thought leadership and customer value. You will work closely with all leadership and teams in the technology organization including Product Management, Engineering, Design, Security and Machine Learning. 

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive strategic product & technology initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle from ideation through successful customer adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on goals, outcomes and priorities.
  • Drive clarity of roles, responsibilities and accountability across the organization.
  • Help teams establish and follow planning and agile development best practices. 
  • Be a positive culture-builder who exemplifies our company and team values.
  • Operationalize internal and external information flows for your assigned program.
  • Establish regular, data-driven reporting to keep teams on track and stakeholders up to date.
  • Identify and escalate risks / issues early and help teams develop appropriate mitigation actions.
  • Set up feedback loops and conduct retrospectives for continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience as a TPM preferably in enterprise software and/or SaaS
  • Demonstrated technical chops via a technical degree or sufficient experience working in technical roles
  • Deep experience working with agile software development teams
  • Proven track-record of executing large, cross-functional initiatives 
  • Mastery of written and verbal communication skills including executive presentation
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Experience managing both cloud and on-prem software programs 
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all functions of the business
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills

  • Agile / Scrum / Lean certification(s)

Location

  • Ideally this position is in New York City, but working remotely across the US within EST hours is also an option.
