Job Title: Senior Manager, Business Transformation

Primary Purpose:

  • Create and execute a well-defined project plan for Acceleration or Special Projects and schedule with tasks and resource assignments, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables
  • Maintain & issue the project management work flow document to key stakeholders
  • Ensure timely completion and appropriate implementation of projects by scheduling weekly project team meetings throughout the process, leading risk management within the project team
  • Where needed, create or maintain project dashboard to communicate pilots / interventions / sprints currently underway and those on the backlog, with their priority according to the overall business objectives
  • Develop effective communication materials and establish cadence/forum to inform the cross-functional teams about project progress, roadmaps and key deliverables
  • Develop presentation materials for workshops, project sponsor check-ins and leadership updates
  • Lead and facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to align on, document and communicate process steps, decision rights, roles and responsibilities and meeting charters for key cross-functional touchpoints/handoffs
  • Identify and document impact to process and roles & responsibilities, working with project teams to regularly evaluate and address where there is risk in successfully embedding new ways of working
  • Support the buildout/enhancement of toolkit for teams that include: process maps / flow charts, meeting charters, role charters, use cases for new tools / methodologies, training materials for any systems


The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Tapestry’s Transformation Management Office to...


  • Create and manage process/workflow maps that account for the critical interdependent activities that fall under the relevant Acceleration / Special Project at hand
  • Develop and refine future state role charters (accountabilities, skillset) and meeting charters
  • Draft, align and adhere to project plans and timelines for agreed upon test and learn pilots, process enhancements or system implementations
  • Identify and help operationalize additional/re-vamped key interlock meetings where needed to ensure smooth handoff or coordination across multiple teams
  • Perform demand vs capacity assessments to build fact base and support need for investments or changes to people, process and tools to support, enable or accelerate delivery of project goals
  • Build playbook for use cases and governance (decision rights, review, approval, SLA/timing) for key project milestones
  • Document change management plan identifying impact to people/process/tools and actions, owners and timeline to mitigate risk of changes being adopted
  • Support technology implementations with:
    • From/To process map and timeline to reflect impact of new tools and their input/output requirements
  • Support project teams in documenting training tools for new tools/systems, where needed

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of relevant project management experience
  • Managerial experience in the Fashion Retail industry strongly preferred
  • Experience in leading process redesign, test and learn pilots, and technology implementation projects
  • Change management experience
