Senior Manager, Project Management/Marketing Operations

Primary Purpose: Lead and oversee the project planning and execution of Global/Regional commercial holidays, CSR/Sustainability initiatives, and packaging for all marketing and creative programs to ensure that they are adapted appropriately and deployed in a timely and effective manner in all markets. The leadership, schedule, budget, calendar oversight and coordination of cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.



The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Project Management to...

  • Establish timelines and clear, consistent communication with all parties regarding delivery of project obligations
  • Be the key liason between marketing, global environments and creative to maintain healthy deadlines, communication and process to drive business forward
  • Review, edit & bring clarity to creative requests, ensuring that projects have direction & focus prior to initiating
  • Navigate creative approvals with senior management, marketing partners and creative leads
  • Facilitate the execution of 360 assets on time and on budget through close partnership with, Photo/Video Shoot production and Post Production teams.
  • Continue to refine process to better facilitate efficient workflows and ensure timely and accurate development of creative materials
  • Partner with other senior manager to manage/support direct report

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate across various internal groups and all levels (creative, marketing, social, production, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience with developing schedules and timelines for multiple projects.
