What you'll do:

We know that the onboarding process is the most important part of starting a new job and that onboarding really can make or break the long-term success of sales organization. That’s why we are seeking an exceptionally dynamic Senior Program Manager, New Hire Onboarding to help us build and manage a new hire onboarding program that will be the envy of the industry.

In this role, you will own and operationalize new hire sales onboarding for a global sales organization – working cross functionally with sales subject matter experts to cover platform, people, process, and everything in between. This includes designing, building, and executing the onboarding strategy and creating relevant, engaging, and impactful learning that inspires our new hires and instills the confidence, competence, and skills they need for their long-term success. You will become an expert in onboarding new hires in sales and have the opportunity to invent how we can deliver exceptional onboarding experiences at scale.

To be successful, you will have to be a strong collaborator, working in close partnership with the sales training team (especially instructional design) and other content producing stakeholders to ensure all onboarding content is consistent, easy to use, and reflects what matters most to our key audiences. You will be a strong analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, initially unstructured environments to define, develop, and help execute our new hire onboarding program, make refinements while learning, and consistently deliver on key milestones.

This role will require strong project management skills with accountability for driving projects end to end and being directly responsible for marshaling the cross-functional support and resources needed to accomplish your goals. This includes planning work, prioritizing and managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and delivering results with tight deadlines. You will be challenged to continuously inspect program effectiveness and identify opportunities to simplify, scale, and drive impact.

The right candidate is a fast-thinking, high-energy individual with a proven track record of thinking big, being innovative, and possessing strong business skills and training acumen. They are a strong presenter who excels at selling ideas and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience in program management and/or training experience within a sales training or enablement organization.
  • Experience building new hire onboarding programs for sales teams within a top tier technology firm (experience in AdTech or Agencies highly desirable)
  • Instructional design experience with a focus on developing, implementing, and continuously improving online and in-person learning experiences
  • Strong, detailed knowledge of software sales cycles, sales process, and sales coaching
  • Proven project management skills including planning work, prioritizing and managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and delivering results with tight deadlines
  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results at a large scale.
  • Experience building and iterating on large scale learning programs
  • Strong business partnering skills and sales training acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking abilities, coaching skills, project management abilities to achieve results
  • Ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances, processes, and priorities
