As a Senior Technical Integrations Manager at QuadPay, you will work closely with our sales, engineering and product teams to enable and ensure fast and accurate payment platform integration for our new merchants. You will also act as a business partner between sales and account management to ensure integrations are seamless with low effort from our merchant partners. You will share your insights and knowledge across multiple locations and timezones and act as the voice of merchants for future products and enhancements. 

As a Senior Technical Integrations Manager you will be responsible for:

What You'll Do:

  •  Acts as the main point of contact (internal and external) for new merchants while managing the integration and onboarding MSA initiation through delivery ensuring speed and efficiency to go to live transactions
  • Identifies needed resources for projects; defines and assigns major project roles.
  • Ensures requirements for internal technology projects align to operational standards, develops alternate requirements or documents exceptions as appropriate.
  • Ability to create or direct custom applications for payment integrations demonstrating a deep knowledge of the product suite
  • Develop, define and execute project plans, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
  • Manages execution of tasks among project team members, other internal departments and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals ensuring project completion is on schedule and transacting in the live environment 
  • Identifies and manages project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals (e.g., deadline, scope and quality) are achieved.
  • Adheres to change control procedures relative to project scope and timeline.
  • Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical teams (sales), in internal organizations as well as in client and vendor/subcontractor organizations, to ensure all project targets and requirements are met.
  • Delivers informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups and/or in client organizations.
  • Delivers projects with a high level of merchant satisfaction with decreased time to revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to ensure we are identifying areas for process improvement and development of new processes/products where needed.
  • Manages client hand-off when project delivery has been completed.
  • Effectively and concisely explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Acts as voice of the merchant for internal meetings
  • Ability to function effectively at a high level while leading a team of technical project 

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience managing complex technical merchant payment platform integrations and activations; end to end
  • Extensive knowledge of standard and custom API’s for merchant payment platform integrations
  • Previous direct proven experience working in the payment solutions industry; Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, SFDC and other shop payment platforms required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good team player; highly motivated self-starter; good relationship builder with strong diplomacy skills
  • Ability to function effectively and independently with changing situations and assignments
  • Skill in the use of negotiation techniques to reach agreement when there are widely-differing viewpoints or competing priorities
  • Ability to interact effectively with developers, senior leadership, sales, other key stake holders from different divisions, departments and executive-level clients
  • Advanced Degree a plus

Our office is located in the beautiful Flatiron neighborhood of New York City and is half a block from Madison Square Park!
