Spring Health is looking for a Strategic Partner Manager, who will own relationships with strategic channel partner accounts, onboard new partners, and drive go-to-market activities. We value partners like our customers and you will work closely with all parts of the organization, including Product, Sales, Partnership Success and other functions. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial spirit who is excited to create program architecture, build relationships and execute on strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing:
- Achieve desired sales targets with existing channel partnerships
- Develop and nurture high-growth strategic channel partnerships; ability to facilitate partner development efforts with tangible outcomes
- Lead the GTM process for new partners, including sales enablement and marketing
- Evangelize partnerships – including joint value proposition with sales teams to ensure awareness and collaboration
- Develop best practices to engage with partners, escalate issues, and set clear expectations with partners
What we expect from you:
- 6+ years of total work experience is required. 4+ years of proven success in channel or partner sales, or related fields.
- Resourcefulness, creativity and grit to find different ways to achieve results
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
- Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
- Detail-oriented and highly skilled in project management amid complex, ambiguous situations
