Latch is seeking a Strategic Program Manager for our Business Operations team. In this role, you will work at the center of the business organization to design and implement our most transformational programs. The output of which will drive growth and improve the customer journey. Building momentum from our Series B funding, we are at an exciting inflection point and must embed critical infrastructure now to propel an integrated strategy and precise execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages cross-functional initiatives to drive effective execution and ensure the scalability of the organization. Operates as a strategic business partner to business management. 
  • Builds and maintains relationships with functional leaders to understand the strategic direction of each business unit. Aligns improvement/growth initiatives to business objectives.
  • Builds out internal comms strategy and capabilities. Ensures that people have the right information at the right time so that they can do their best work. 
  • Collaborates with business unit leaders and people operations to scale our talent infrastructure (succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, etc.). Works closely with enablement to steer and deploy solutions to level up the execution of customer-facing roles.
  • Deploy robust tools and optimize the way that we work. Sources requirements for new/existing systems and workflows. Partners with functional SME’s (Business applications, Enablement, etc.) for development and implementation


Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of management experience with a background in program/project management, process improvement, and/or operations
  • A background in HR and/or management consulting is a plus but should be balanced with experience in an operations function
  • Tech-based, B2B experience (preferred)
  • Self-starter, with proven professional success, who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong ability to influence and elicit action from leaders across an organization
  • Ability and enthusiasm to work fluidly across a diverse group with varied backgrounds, communication styles, and technical skill sets
  • Commands respect via intelligence, work ethic, humility
  • Proven leadership experience -- a leader, a builder, a visionary
  • An innovator -- ideal candidate is never satisfied with the status quo... always looking for the next best way to do it
