What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, further develop and execute a nationwide full-spectrum substance use disorder treatment program leveraging our own capabilities along with those of key partners.
- Serve as the clinical lead for the SUD program and provide clinical expertise in further development and execution of the SUD program.
- Work closely with business operations to ensure a clinically-coherent execution of a premier SUD solution for all Spring members.
- Build incredible, seamless working relationships with our key SUD partners and health plans while putting members first.
- Coordinate closely with the CN team to ensure a highly reliable triaging of referrals and case tracking for all members.
- Coordinate with business operations to build internal quality control for care coordination, care delivery, and billing operations.
- Assist patients with coordination of appointments to providers (Spring's Telehealth therapists and physicians).
- Collaborate proactively and effectively with multi-functional team members.
- Provide feedback and advice on product/technology/service improvements.
What we expect from you:
- Unrestricted Psychology, LCSW, LPC, LMFT license in at least 1 state.
- 5+ years of SUD treatment experience.
- 2+ years experience leading SUD treatment programs.
- In-depth understanding and experience with SUD treatment program design and billing with health plans.
- Comfortable in amorphous environments and with constantly evolving responsibilities.
- Motivated to go above and beyond for the patient.
- Tech-savvy: very comfortable adopting new technologies and platforms and efficient in tech-related tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
