Seeking highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented and process driven individual to manage the life cycle of product from concept, through to production and launch for all products. She/He will collaborate with all Scentbird/DoS 

teams to establish and integrate processes across departments to develop company-wide product information and supporting data. Set Guidelines for new products based on inputs from the Packaging/Product Development Team, 

Creative, Operations, Logistics & Finance. 

Manage all Supply Chain Functions, which may include, but not be limited to:

• Material Procurement / RFQ’s (request for quote)• Mock BOMs / Validate BOMs for Quick Books Enterprise, Operations & Financial 

Planning Requirements:

• Expediting and Issuance of Purchase Orders and Receipts

Inventory Control - what is in inventory, what we are running low on, 

recommendation for order sizes for economies of scale

• Production Planning - forecasting for needs - planning production timing around 

those needs - sell in & sell through

• Routing Artwork Approvals through Physical Proof to Suppliers - Primary 

Secondary / Tertiary

• Monitor and track production schedules from inception through manufacture to 

logistical deployment and receipt

• Verify receipt of purchase order and commitment dates• Confirm that component suppliers have up-to-date mechanicals

Flag Production Obstacles:

• Coordinate and ensure shipment of pre-production samples• Coordinate and verify receipt of component shipments to contract 

manufacturers

• Coordinate and verify receipt of finished goods shipments to Distribution Center• Ensure that all receiving methods are communicated and complied with 

among manufacturers, fillers and warehouse

• Ensure that suppliers have pertinent documentation• BOMs - Specifications, Fill and Product Specifications, Fill and Assembly Instructions and Standards
• Determine production plan and priorities by studying inventories, forecasts, customer requirements, and master production schedules to prevent excess stock and/or backorders. Based on replenishment pipeline, identify purchase order requirements and timing for components and finished goods.
• Develop inventory targets and order points
• Define variances and take corrective action-Ensure production is on time and within budget guidelines
• Promote alignment within the Organization by communicating pertinent project highlights, needs and critical issues-Interface with all levels of the supplier network
• Prepare summary reports and spreadsheets of key project highlights as necessary
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/Finance and/or-5+ years product master data, specifications management, quality control, operations and supply chain 
• Thorough understanding of material specifications data, product BOM structures 
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google-suite tools, Quickbooks Enterprise w/Inventory Management hands-on experience (or equivalent i.e. NetSuite, SAP) 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to produce and present clear status reports in a tactful and candid manner 
• Ability to support multiple projects (both tactical and strategic) in parallel

Preferred Requirements: 

• Experience managing programs across multiple brands in fast-paced, startup environment 
• Experience with BOM structures 
• Experience in Transaction Pro Importer
