Supply Chain Program Manager
Peloton is currently looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager, which is a multifaceted role focused on both supply chain systems, supply chain operations, and project management. This is a great opportunity to join an exceptional team of Supply Chain professionals leading programs that continuously improve the Planning, Logistics, and Distribution Center pillars of Peloton’s Supply Chain.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead supply chain system and operations programs to optimize Peloton’s supply chain
- Set-up and maintain project plans and resources; act as key point-of-contact in assigned projects
- Prepare, lead and facilitate cross-functional project team meetings (with headquarters, warehouse teams, cross-functional teams, and/or 3rd party suppliers)
- Develop effective working relationships with and between key suppliers and Peloton stakeholders
- Identify (potential) issues and risks, properly share them in project teams and collaborate with workstream team leads to propose/find timely and sustainable solutions
- Share weekly program communications with the project team and key stakeholders (email update, status dashboard, budget tracking, etc.)
- Deliver product development projects into mass production on-time, on-budget, with meeting intermediate milestones and overall stakeholder satisfaction
- Ensure programs provide improvements in maximizing sales, efficiency and reducing costs, risks
- Ensure that program documentation quality follows quality standards, procedure and process
- Optimize processes and procedures in order to flawlessly execute supply chain activities (ad-hoc)
Qualifications:
- B.S degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of Program Management; Minimum of 1 years in Supply Chain experience
- Confidence presenting to stakeholders and leading steering committee calls
- Highly organized with the ability to concisely communicate complex program updates
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a Can-Do attitude
- Self-starter who is able to identify gaps and opportunities to create more efficient processes
- Excellent team player with high emotional intelligence and active listening skills
- Confluence, SmartSheet, Google Suite experience a plus
- Lean Six Sigma or Project Management training a plus
