You form connections quickly and think about talent acquisition as a holistic process

Likely, your friends come to you for resume and interviewing advice. You’ve mastered recruiting, and your work history goes beyond finding the right person for an open role — you’re strategic and metrics-driven and care about cultivating programs and initiatives that not only build your talent brand and enable recruiting but also elevate sub team cultures. You can see how each hire impacts an organization; you’re adept at hiring well-rounded folks to join a community, not just a company.

If this sounds like you, then you may be a fit for a role as Senior Talent and Program manager. It requires past experience building and maintaining pipelines and managing full cycle recruiting funnels and experience owning, driving or participating in other parts of the people ops function.
