The Technical Partner Manager (TPM) Lead is a member of the UiPath presales organization that is responsible for supporting and developing business and technology partners. The TPM works with the partner management and partner development teams on the strategic enablement of UiPath partners to ensure that they can effectively deliver product technical capabilities and value. The TPM works daily with the rest of the channel sales organization to create successful outcomes for UiPath customers and improve the capability of UiPath business partners.

Scope of activities:

Develop and execute technical presales support and enablement plans for UiPath business and technology partners.

Train/enable partners on how to effectively communicate and demonstrate UiPath product value and differentiation.

Development of technical presales training curriculum for use in partner enablement.

Deliver technical training to partners in meetings, workshops and bootcamps.

Work with UiPath education and PS teams to enable and certify delivery and consulting teams within the partner.

Provide technical support to partners during customer engagements, demos and PoCs.

Support customer or partner facing activities at tradeshows, partner events & meetups.

Skills and Experience: (Must have)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience with technical presales or technical partner management.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Skills and Experience: (Nice to have)

Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.

Professional software development experience.

Familiarity with RPA products and processes.
