Are you a Technical Product and Program Leader in Data and Analytics, who leads from the front with empathy in a cross discipline organization? We want to get to know you better!
Join JPMorgan Chase to define and deliver on our strategic business goal to run applications on multi-cloud environments and deliver solutions our customers love using AI/ML, Big Data, Micro-services, and architectures. As a Technical Product and Program Leader, you will be defining and driving the execution of Chase Consumer and Community Banking's (CCB) data and analytics strategy and operating model.
Job responsibilities
As an experienced technical product and program management professional, you are very familiar with both product and program management best practices across the lifecycle of data and analytics. You can transform how a firm delivers superior customer experiences through their product and service offerings. You comfortably influence key stakeholders at all levels in analytics, business, and technology to deliver leading edge innovation with customer and business impact in mind. You are also knowledgeable in data and technology trends and their implications.

  • Enhance Data Foundations (DF) offerings to get integrated to firm-wide products; define and contribute to the vision for the product and driving technical solutions in Data Foundations: Data Delivery, Data Lake, and Data Pipeline
  • Increase engagement with key customers and leadership and synthesize strategic customers' platform needs from DF Teams and vice versa. Define the list of objectives, key results, and roadmaps.
  • Building the product roadmaps and program charters to kick start and scale specific critical initiatives by building teams and wearing all hats as needed.
  • Partner with other Product and Program managers to enhance cross-cutting product features. Define mechanisms for execution, collaboration, and prioritization.
  • Provide status updates to executive leadership and wider audiences, address customers feedback on the product to adjust feature requirements based on their needs and vision, oversee the execution, and mitigate blockers
  • Push short and long term portfolio of products, feature roadmaps, customer adoption. increase visibility of roadmap and strategy. Perform strategic planning.
  • Prioritize product backlogs. Engage with key customer to ensure a customer need/platform support matrix is accurate and followed.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 12+ Years as a Technical Product and/or Program Leadership or a related role in a large matrixed organization in multiple time-zones
  • You are a leader with great empathy and who can confidently influence and tactfully lead from the front without specific authority
  • Willing to deep dive technically and you thrive in environments where your customers and partners are technical
  • Embrace ambiguity and define clear strategies and priorities.
  • Problem solver seeking win-win solutions. Eager to learn, teach, and share.
  • You'll have excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to present to an executive audience
  • Detail oriented and committed to deliver customer focused end-to-end solutions


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 4+ Years of hands-on experience in Big Data tools, infrastructure, and related tech
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner or Solution Architect Certification (or will be required to complete the AWS certification exam in the first 90 days)
  • Hybrid-60% in office.
  • 25% travel
