Technical Program Manager - (Embedded in Customer Success)

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to partner with and support our growing Customer Success division. This role will report to the Senior Director of Technical Program Management and work closely with CS leadership as well as other colleagues across Product and Engineering to drive cross-functional communication and collaboration. In this role, you will build and enhance processes, systems, and analytics to facilitate the interactions between the Customer Success function and the Product and Engineering functions within MANTL..

The ideal candidate has the experience to drive cross-functional efficiency by defining and codifying hand-offs and tracking and reporting on outcomes. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Define, facilitate and track interactions between Customer Success and Engineering with respect to incidents and bugs, including ownership of MANTLs Incident Management Policy
  • Define, facilitate and track interactions between Implementation Managers and Engineering to help reduce our activation timelines.
  • Define, facilitate and track interactions between Customer Success and Product Operations to ensure customer feedback is effectively communicated to our Product team including ownership of MANTLs Problem Management policy and collaboration with respect to the Voice of Customer program
  • Define, facilitate and track interactions between Customer Success’ enablement function and Product.
  • Help to grow MANTL’s Program Management organization, collaboratively iterating alongside other project, program, and operations managers

Must Haves:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in project, program, or operations management
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results
  • The ability to design systems that optimize for efficiency cross functionally
  • Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management 
  • The ability to conduct data analysis and produce insightful reports
  • Comfort with JIRA administration
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • The ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities

Nice To Haves:

  • Experience working within Customer Success
  • Experience managing or reporting on software implementations
  • Experience working at a growing start up
