The opportunity:

This technical project manager role at Parsley Health will oversee all major development tracks for E(ngineering)/P(roduct)/D(esign). They will track the progress of all major projects and workstreams and report out to different stakeholders. 

This Project Manager is also expected to establish a system that will collect, update and report out changes that can scale with a growing EPD organization. There will also be opportunity to take on Chief-of-Staff responsibilities for the SVP of Product and VP of Engineering.

This role reports to the SVP of Product.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain up-to-date roadmaps by pod
  • High-level status of initiatives
  • Sprint-level development
  • Project-level tracking
  • Kickoff / Project Briefs / Timeline
  • Communication to stakeholders
  • Launch and retrospective
• Establish template for different views:
• Ensure all major projects follow the development milestones and tasks
• Maintain EPD Notion content
• Roadmaps
• Status
• RASCI of resources
• Manage recurring EPD meetings
• Facilitate content, including building decks
• Track major action items from meetings
• Improve product development processes and tools
• Processes: Agile, QA, deployment
• Supporting tools: Clubhouse, Feedback platforms

You’ll need:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, especially building presentations for different types of audiences
• Extremely organized with a bias for action
• Familiar with managing a software development process and knows popular tools to help automate processes
