The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for designing and executing a best-in-class onboarding program to integrate Bread’s merchants well and efficiently. You will work with external and internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent technical integration and onboarding experience for Bread merchants.

Your Role at Bread

   Merchant Onboarding:

• Design efficient processes to lead merchants through our onboarding process
• Ensure merchants are hitting key technical milestones while integrating Bread’s technologies into their e-commerce environments
• Identify common issues and pitfalls that merchants face and work with Product, Engineering, and Success teams to resolve these challenges
• Work with Solutions Engineers and Relationship Managers to ensure that merchant challenges are solved in a timely manner

   Integration Solutions:

• Manage third-party agencies that are developing and upgrading our eCommerce platform plug-ins/apps/extensions, and test/QA their output
• Partner with Solutions Engineers to gather requirements and scope technical integration project plans for Enterprise scale merchants
• Spearhead cross functional projects focused on improving operational efficiency, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement of Bread’s products and services

What We Are Looking For

   Must Have:

• A passion for implementation at B2B SaaS companies, or a deep understanding of e-commerce technologies, platforms, and marketing KPIs
• Sharp technical and communication skills, and enthusiasm for working with APIs -- you like the challenge of solving technical problems, designing solutions, and can communicate ideas clearly and effectively
• You enjoy and excel at working on both program and relationship management
• You thrive in environments that demand adaptability and thinking fast on your feet
• You are an empathetic and inclusive listener 

   Nice to Have:

• Prior experience delivering technical projects and solutions for Enterprise clients on time and within budget
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and experience creating dashboards to improve team productivity

• An eye for detail and are comfortable diving into large data sets to uncover insights
