As a Technical Project Manager on the JW Player team, you will oversee cross team projects to ensure alignment of dependencies, deliverables, dates, and priorities to the strategic goals of the company.

The Technical Project Manager works directly with Product, Product Marketing, and Engineering at all levels to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and timelines while maintaining transparency across all departments management levels.

In this role you will:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage relationships with the all stakeholders
• Keen ability to foresee potential risks before they happen and helping identify ways to mitigate those risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors when needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Proven working experience in technical project management
• Prior software development experience, ideally in a SaaS platform
• Excellent internal communication skills at all levels
• Experience working in Agile/Kanban environment including associated coaching methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience implementing process improvement measures
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Confluence, Google suite, Jira
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
