We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Client Operations team! This person will play a key role in building community networks of social services by leading the technical workstream during our implementations. Requirements

About the Role

The Technical Project Manager will:

  • Report to the Director of Implementations
  • Be the main point of contact during implementation for our customers and partners for all things related to their technical set up
  • Collaborate closely with all teams to ensure that tasks are completed, builds are happening, thorough and comprehensive QA and testing is complete, and milestones are hit
  • Run deployments with multiple customers at the same time
  • Identify and escalate project risks to the right parties
  • Provide ongoing project management and technical support - including investigating data discrepancies - for our partners who are participating in the Accountable Health Communities model funded by CMS
  • Lead technical scoping conversations with customers and prospects

About You:

  • 3+ years experience in a client-facing, project management role, preferably in healthcare and/or IT environment
  • 2+ years prior tech support, technical account management, technical project management, and/or testing experience
  • You “know your audience” and can deliver messages to a broad assortment of internal and external teams—you’re comfortable chatting with developers, talking timelines with a project manager, or explaining what Single Sign-On is to a VP of Strategy.
  • You can easily take a lot of disparate information and get to the core of what’s going on
  • You have some experience with healthcare technology platforms (e.g., EHR/ EMR/ HIE vendors), and/or case management systems

...and the following would be nice

  • You’ve helped deploy API integrations or HL7 integrations before.
  • You have experience with SAML SSO, SQL, and SFTPs.
