WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Training Program Manager, your role will be critical in helping set up our customer and partner training programs for success. In general, your job will be to make sure the training team and our programming is operating as efficiently and inclusively as possible. Working directly with the Manager of Training, you will:
- Oversee the management of our customer and partner training program development projects
- Play a central role in soliciting feedback and insights from internal and external stakeholders and communicating updates
- Facilitate team and cross-functional collaboration and communication, including managing meetings, documenting decisions, and following up on action items
- Participate in the development and testing of our training programs and curricula
- Implement processes for organizing information, documenting procedures, and collecting data and running reports
WHO YOU ARE
- A technical program manager with 1-2 years of experience and a track record of being a master at managing a wide range of daily activities
- A collaborative spirit with strong cross-cultural communication skills and a passion for education
- You have the ability to listen to stakeholders, understand their needs, and translates their feedback into solutions
- You have a proactive, positive, can-do attitude with a high degree of EQ. You stay calm and collected and focus on solving problems in adverse situations. You can respectfully facilitate the successful resolution of issues toward shared goals
- When you see an opportunity, you take initiative to make it happen
- You drive projects to completion and are always looking for new ways that processes and training experiences can be improved
- You have a high level of intellectual curiosity, seeing opportunity and growth in learning more about what you do and how it impacts others
- You are analytical and have system-thinking skills. You pick up on new technologies quickly and are eager to help others learn new systems
- You enjoy collecting data and feedback and distilling results into actionable insights
