University and Technical Programs Manager

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll work closely with our engineering leadership and tech recruitment teams to attract and hire interns and new grads. Reporting to the Director of Technical Recruiting, you'll guide our tech recruiting team through the campus hiring season, build relationships with universities and event organizers, and plan and manage our internship programs. In addition, you'll also:
- Design and oversee campus recruitment strategy, working closely with stakeholders across Engineering and People Operations teams
- Create and scale our university relationships as well project manage conference & event strategies
- Develop and oversee our summer internship programing
- Impart guidance to teammates on sourcing, candidate assessment, and offer delivery
- Consider diversity, inclusion and equity within every choice you make
- Provide detailed reporting and regular updates to stakeholders
You will work closely with kind and supportive coworkers who will value your opinion, and will eagerly share advice and feedback.
Who You Are
You're a highly organized recruiter and/or program manager with 5+ years of experience working in the university recruitment space. You're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You’re a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback, and values the chance to make an important impact.
- You have strong relationships with career services departments at top computer science programs across the United States
- You understand how sourcing and closing strategies need to be uniquely tailored for early career engineers
- You have a thorough understanding of the tech industry and computer science academic landscape
- You are well versed in vendors and tools designed to support campus hiring
- You care about doing the right thing, and increasing representation within the tech industry
